Questions about courses
To access the online course, log in to your personal account at www.carlakamphuis.com/en/. Your personal account will easily take you to the course environment.
After registering, you’re guaranteed unlimited access to the course for one year. In practice, most courses will usually have longer access. However, I can’t guarantee lifetime access because I want the freedom to remove a course from my website if it becomes outdated, no longer relevant or is rarely purchased.
Please note: Some courses have a clear expiration date communicated in advance. In that case, access expires on that date, even if it’s within the year. Always check this carefully before registering so you know how long you have access.
After registering, you’ll have unlimited access to the course for at least 1 year, unless a predetermined expiration date applies. Most courses offer longer access in practice. However, I cannot guarantee lifetime access. If a course becomes outdated or is no longer purchased, it can be deleted one year after the last registration.
After purchasing an online course, you can get started right away. Go to your account and click on the “Courses” heading to access your purchased courses. Navigate to the course and click the “Start Course” button on the right side of the page.
Personal feedback is not included in the online course.
Unfortunately, the videos currently don’t have subtitles. They will likely be automatic machine translations. This is under construction.
No, the videos can only be viewed through your personal online account at www.carlakamphuis.com/en/. You can watch the videos as often as you like during your access period, but you always need an internet connection or Wi-Fi.
